Reduce stress and restore health. Practice active relaxation by supporting the body using props to alternately stimulate and relax the body toward achieving balance. The asanas used create specific physiological responses which are beneficial to health and can reduce the effects of stress related diseases such as ulcers, auto immune diseases, high blood pressure and more.


Recommended for those who wish to practice gentle movements and conditioning exercises that open hips, knees, ankles, lower back, upper body, spine, and reduce stress. Learn and practice basic asanas, pranayama, and meditation. All poses are taught prone, supine, hands & knees or seated. Gentle II - Like Gentle and includes a little standing & balancing

Yoga Basics

This class is perfect for people who have little or no experience with yoga. Learn the basics of yoga (posture, breathing, relaxation, basic meditation) at a pace that is not overwhelming, and in a safe and encouraging environment. The focus is on standing poses,  alignment, form, and finding "your yoga.”

All Levels

Students of all levels are welcome to come, and modifications are shown. It is recommended that you take a few level I/II classes or Yoga Basics if you have no prior experience. ICY all levels yoga is a vinyasa form of yoga that heals, detoxifies, and energizes the body and mind at their deepest levels.


Vinyasa is a moving meditation linking your breath with poses. Utilize your breath and flowing movements to connect both static and dynamic asanas. Come with an open heart and be ready to empower your body and feed your soul. Flow through fun, creative, and challenging sequences that will give you both strength and flexibility. Knowledge and practice of yoga asana form recommended. Intermediate and advanced students welcome.

Yoga Nidra

An ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. It is said by yogis that one hour of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as four hours of sleep. Experience gentle movement, progressive relaxation, and nidra.

Kaiut Yoga

Addresses biomechanical health (freedom of movement) in a unique practice consisting of long, slow poses that are designed to address old injuries, chronic pain, stiffness and hyper-flexibility. Specific Kaiut sequences are offered weekly in a structured, organized format. All Levels welcome!

Aromatherapy Yoga

Explore aromatherapy in an All-Levels practice to unify the power and benefits of both yoga and aromatherapy to create a whole new experience which can enhance your yoga practice.

Candlelight Flow

Relax and unwind from your hectic week and enjoy the tranquility of candlelight yoga. Calming music and candlelight glow soothes the soul as you flow through various yoga poses and breathing techniques. Feel a deeper connection to yourself and your body and replenish your reservoir of energy through movement and meditation.

Infrared classes

We have a brand new state-of-the-art Hot Room at Inner Connections! . With sweat comes a beautiful cleansing feeling of detoxification and happiness from the inside. Radiant far infrared waves warm the body to peak temperatures that promote ultimate health. Bring a towel and water to these classes.


A comprehensive and safe form of exercise to practice during pregnancy. We teach classical hatha yoga utilizing yoga asanas with and without props so that mother and baby obtain maximum benefit from poses without strain.

Join other moms-to-be on a six-week journey. Explore the joys of pregnancy from 6:30-8:00 pm on Tuesdays. For the cohesiveness of the prenatal group, there are no late registrations after the course has begun.
