Qi Gong is energy exercise based on the ancient Chinese practice. 

The primary principal of Qi Gong is that energy (Qi) needs to flow along energy channels or meridians for a healthy body. The exercises are simple movements, which can be done by anyone, are done slowly, and are meant to flow energy to specific organs.

The benefits are many: promoting health of the cardio and respiratory systems, strengthening bone and muscle, increasing flexibility and balance, also increasing energy, alertness, and brain function, while slowing aging, reducing stress, and lowering the blood pressure.

The Qi Gong taught at Inner Connections Yoga is in the tradition of Grandmaster Hong Liu of California and Shanghai, China.
